I purchased 4 of these 4 shelf carts on casters. Out of 16 shelves total between the 4 carts just one shelf arrived bent. The metal is so strong I have no idea how it could have been damaged and there is absolutely no way for me to straighten it out. They are just such quality shelves that they won’t be bent back in place. I’m still giving 5 stars because I emailed customer support about it and they responded right away. They are sending a new replacement shelf. This is such great customer service. I would not hesitate to order from them again. As a senior women of a certain age. I had to open the box and carry the individual pieces to the basement for set up which I consider a good thing. Everything was sturdy and heavy. The assembly directions were straight forward and I managed to put the 4 units together without problems.

Product arrived.quickly, but one shelf was scratched. Reibii came through and sent out replacement parts. That's a good thing ad they could have burned me. Overall, really happy with the product so far. I have put it together, and it seemed easy, and looks like a sturdy shelf. It is not cheaply made. It rolls around well.
