We offer free shipping on most items; however, some products may incur a shipping fee based on the destination and weight of the items. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

3.Shipping Regions

Our warehouses are located in Houston, Los Angeles, and New Jersey, and delivery is available to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

4.Delivery Timeline

After processing, delivery typically takes 3-8 business days in total, including 1-2 business days for order processing and 1-6 business days for shipping, depending on your location and carrier. Each order is shipped by a third-party carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS). If unforeseen events occur, such as severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or carrier delays, your delivery may be impacted. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience.

5.Pre-Order Shipping Times

For pre-order items, the delivery time may vary. Please refer to the product page for specific pre-order shipping timelines. Delivery times for pre-orders will be as indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

6.Package Damage or Non-Delivery

We take care to ensure that products are safely packed. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please email us at support@reibii.com within seven business days with your order number, contact details, and photos of the damage (if applicable). Keep all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us promptly for assistance.

7.Order Cancellations and Return Shipping Costs

If you need to cancel your order and it has not yet shipped, you may do so free of charge.

For orders that have already shipped, cancellations may still be requested; however, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees associated with returning the item to our warehouse.

8.Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with order details. After shipping, a confirmation email will provide tracking information and order status. To view the real-time location of your package, use the tracking number provided and visit the carrier’s official website.

9.Customs Duties

All products are shipped from our US warehouses, and US Customs Duty has already been paid. This policy applies only within the United States, so there are no additional duties on your purchase.
