Everything arrived in good order. Packaged well. Instructions are easy to follow. Need 2 people to assemble, not because of the weight but because it takes 4 hands to adjust shelves. Great product, easy to assemble.
We love the shelving unit, good quality, but we received a bent shelf in one of the units and it has been difficult dealing with REIBII through emails. They want to give $30. refund and forget it. I want a new shelf, but they say 3 months to get one, and it probably will be damaged worse than the one damaged we have, SO, HUM. All I can say is lousy customer service for me, but, good for them. Guess they still learning how to pack shelfs in there packages
Great fit
I gave these shelves a 4 star review because 3 or 4 of the round rings, on the corners of the shelves, that the vertical poles go through, in the set of 5 shelves were bent out of round and the vertical poles wouldn't seat correctly. I had to take a solid metal rod and pound out each of the rings to make them round again so that they would fit together. In doing so it would damage the finish on the corner of the shelf. Very disappointing. Other than that the shelves seem to work pretty good. I wanted to purchase some more but I decided to try another brand, hoping they wouldn't be damaged. I found some on the Walmart website, that looked like the same type of shelf, for less money and free shipping. I ordered 9 units. I haven't received them yet so I don't know if I will encounter the same problem. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
