Returns Policy

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 100 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items: Used, Clearance, promotional, or custom-made items (unless defective), Return requests made after 100 days.

If there is no quality problem, you need to bear the return cost yourself.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@reibii.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a specific return shipping label(only supported by FedEx) and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Shipping

We have overseas warehouses in Houston, Los Angeles, and New Jersey, and the delivery time is 3-8 business days. We only ship to 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C. within the US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico..

Each order is delivered by a third-party provider (e.g. FedEx, UPS, Amazon) to the address you provide. Depending on the workload of the logistics company, the estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days (2 business days for order processing and 3-8 business days for delivery). In the event of force majeure, it will delay the processing of the order.

Technical assistance covers customer service, troubleshooting, and product assistance for the original purchaser. Support does not cover physical damage, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty and support are non-transferable. Warranty Length

All our products carry a 3-year warranty.We would recommend that you read carefully the relevant instructions contained in your user manual.They contain conditions for their correct usage which if not followed will invalidate your warranty.

Warranty Overview

Reibii will repair or replace, at our discretion and free of charge to the original purchaser, any parts covered by this warranty that on examination, by Reibii staff, are found to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
Any unauthorised attempt by anyone other than the manufacturer to repair or dismantle a piece of product will invalidate the warranty. You should never make alterations to the design of the product or adapt it in any way – to do so will invalidate the warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

We will not be liable for a products failure in the following circumstances:
You continue to use the product after notifying us of any faults. The defect arises because you failed to follow instructions as to its storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance.
Fabric damage resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, accident or incorrect cleaning. Unauthorised or incorrect repairs, alterations and modifications.
Damage to the product from misuse, negligence, abuse or accident.
Damage caused from normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by common carrier abuse or mishandling and any special, indirect, incidental and/or consequential damages.
