Cheap for a reason

I have been looking for shelving that I could put a snowblower under and have a few shelves above. We'll, to my dismay, the legs are in multiple pieces and if you don't put the shelves exactly as they picture it, the bottom half will be limp. I ended up having to screw the shelves to a wall to ensure the legs don't give out. I was expecting the end frame/legs to be one piece.
